Daily living and Life skills
Daily living and life skills
Daily living and life skills refer to the practical abilities needed to handle day-to-day tasks on your own. This includes personal hygiene, meal preparation, managing finances, using public transport, maintaining communication, keeping your home tidy, and navigating social interactions—essentially, everything needed to live independently in a community.
Connecting Care transformed my life. Their support helped me gain confidence, find employment, and live independently. Professional, caring, and truly dedicated to my goals.
